Kaela Vance Joins the Festive Spirit at Hilliard's Trunk or Treat Event

As the autumn leaves fall and Halloween draws near, communities across the country prepare for festive gatherings, spooky celebrations, and the delightful tradition of trick-or-treating. In Hilliard, Ohio, one event that families eagerly anticipate each year is the Movement Church's 12th annual Hilliard Trunk or Treat, in partnership with the Ray Patch YMCA. Scheduled for Sunday, October 29th, from 5-7pm at the Hilliard Ray Patch YMCA, this event promises a safe and enjoyable experience for young children to embrace the Halloween spirit. What's more, Kaela Rae Vance LPCCS, a dedicated advocate for mental health awareness, will be adding her unique touch to the festivities.

The Hilliard Trunk or Treat event provides a secure environment where young kids can dress up in their favorite costumes, have fun, and collect a bounty of candy. Participating vehicles will back into parking spots and offer candy from their trunks, allowing children to complete their trick-or-treat adventure in a quick and safe manner. The parking lot opens at 4:30pm, with trunk or treating beginning at 5pm. It's a wonderful opportunity for families to create lasting memories and enjoy the thrill of Halloween in a protected setting.

But the fun doesn't stop at candy collecting. The event promises an array of exciting attractions, including food trucks, music courtesy of 104.9 The River, and the presence of local heroes from the Hilliard Police Department and Norwich Fire Department. A photo booth will capture the moments of joy and creativity, making for cherished keepsakes.

One exceptional participant at this year's Trunk or Treat is Kaela Rae Vance LPCCS, who is on a mission to promote mental health awareness within the community. Kaela, as mentioned in previous discussions, is also actively involved in other community events, showcasing her dedication to this important cause.

Kaela Vance, a licensed professional clinical counselor supervisor, is no stranger to advocating for mental health. She has participated and been a sponsor of numerous community events throughout the year to help raise awareness - Scioto Township Fire Department Golf Outing, North market Apron Gala, and the City of Dublin July 4th Celebrations, just to name a few.

Kaela's participation in the Hilliard Trunk or Treat is an extension of her commitment to bringing mental health to the forefront of community conversations. As she hands out treats to the kids in attendance, she will also be there to offer information, support, and a listening ear to anyone who may want to discuss mental health concerns.

Additionally, Kaela's involvement in the Destination Hilliard Halloween Haunt on October 28th and her creative Scarecrow Spooktacular display at the Chase Bank in Old Hilliard are shining examples of her tireless efforts to create a more empathetic and understanding community. Her scarecrow display will be available for viewing throughout the month as part of her participation in the Hilliard Chamber of Commerce Scarecrow Spooktacular.

With Kaela Vance's presence at the Hilliard Trunk or Treat, young children and their families have the opportunity not only to enjoy a delightful Halloween celebration but also to engage in meaningful discussions about mental health. As the community comes together to celebrate the season, they will also be reminded of the importance of empathy and support for those facing mental health challenges.

Join us on Sunday, October 29th, at the Hilliard Ray Patch YMCA for a memorable Trunk or Treat event, and be sure to visit Kaela Vance as she spreads awareness about mental health. Let's make this Halloween season a time of unity, fun, and understanding.
