Here's a tasty treat! And it includes Coconut, which can help promote memory, enhance mental clarity, reduce depression, fight free radicals, and prevent or slow cognitive decline. And it doesn't stop there...

  • Spinach is rich in folate and magnesium, which both help reduce stress and increase focus.

  • Eating Bananas, Pineapple, and Spirulina can help in enhancing your mood. This is because they affect Tryptophan - an amino acid which helps in production of serotonin.

  • Honey, which contains a variety of active compounds beneficial to brain regulation and treats emotional and psychological disorders including depression, is one of the natural products serving as an alternative medicine.

Ingredients:

1½ Cups Unsweetened Organic Coconut Milk

2 Cups Baby Organic Spinach

1 Frozen Organic Banana

1 Cup Fresh Organic Pineapple

1 Tsp Organic Spirulina

1 Tsp Organic Raw Honey

1 Cup Ice


Instructions:

Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth to your taste.
